Q: Why are we going to two services? A: From October through May, which is when our attendance grows and tends to be at its highest, our sanctuary was consistently more than 80% full. While this may be exciting for us, it becomes very uncomfortable for visiting families. When our seating capacity is full enough that they have to walk all the way across the sanctuary in order to find a seat, the chances are pretty good that they will go somewhere that has room for them the next week.
For this reason, we are making room for more people and families to join us in worshiping and serving our Lord. Furthermore, we believe that our number one responsibility as individual Christians and as a Church is to reach our into our neighborhood, workplace, schools, and community in search of people who are far from God and bring them to Jesus. If we are going to fulfill that call, it only makes sense that we make room and expect them to come.
