July 2, 2023 NYC 23 Commissioning and Prayer
During the Morning Service on July 2, 2023 we will have a time of prayer for our NYC student team. We also have a few last minute items, including a backpack and a travel shirt, that students will need to pick up as we prepare for our trip.

June 21 District NYC Sendoff St. Marys, Ohio 7:00 PM Bus will leave the church at 4:30 PM We will participate in both the NWO NYI Convention at 5:30 and the sendoff at 7:00
July 5 3:00 AM - Leave Church 6:38 AM - Flight Leaves COL (AA4035 & AA2519) Evening - East Central Field Event
July 6-9 NYC Conference (Amalie Arena, Tampa, FL) Hotel: Tampa Westin Waterfront
July 10 NWO District Excursion (Universal Studios, Orlando FL) Hotel: Dockside Inn & Suites Orlando July 11 Return Home (AA1896 & AA5361) 12:35 PM - Flight Arrives in COL 3:30 PM - Arrive at Church
what to pack
Toiletries (Toothbrush, deodorant, etc Personal Hygiene items Clothing for 7 days of HOT weather - please pack modest clothing - you may want one outfit for the day and another for the evening service. Something Long Sleeved for travel - incase airport or plane is chilly Closed Toe Sneakers Sandals Undergarments Clothes to sleep in Bible and Pen Medications [Including extra contact lenses :)] Souvenir and Snack Money ($100) Sunscreen Hat Sunglasses Extra Charging Device Swimsuit & Beach Towel Anything else you may want (Just remember you have to be able to carry it)
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU Six T-Shirts Cooling Towel Water bottle and belt bag - THIS BELT BAG WILL BE THE ONLY BAG APROVED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE ARENA, no other purses will be allowed Handbook Sharpie Devotional Book Backpack for the trip (but not for the arena)

Students have been asked to bring TRAVEL SIZE items that can be used to fill care kits for hurting families in the city of Tampa, FL. Below is a list of TRAVEL SIZE items that students may bring along with them to help meet this need.
